You know the story: Judas, one of Jesus's favorite disciples, betrays his beloved Lord for 30 pieces of silver, then hangs himself out of guilt. Or does he? In the newly discovered "Gospel of Judas", Judas is depicted as Jesus' most intimate disciple, who willingly plays the role of turncoat to help Jesus fulfill his sacred plan. What do you believe? 101 Things You Didn't Know about Judas examines the life and times, myths and misnomers, theories and suppositions that surround this most controversial figure of the New Testament. From the various gospels to the latest archaeological discoveries, this intriguing look at Judas Iscariot will give you all you need to know about history's greatest villain. Justin Cord Hayes is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Tennessee. He went on to earn a master's in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Hayes worked as a reporter for nearly a decade, during which he covered faith, religion, and spirituality. Dr. Glenn Busch was ordained in the Episcopal Church in 1971.
